What materials are used for the prints?
We utilize museum-grade, 310gsm archival cotton rag paper paired with pigment-based inks. This combination ensures each print maintains its depth, clarity, and chromatic vibrancy for over a century.
How is the artwork packaged for delivery?
Every print is meticulously handled with cotton gloves, wrapped in acid-free silk paper, and secured in a custom-engineered, heavy-duty reinforced tube to prevent any movement or impact damage during transit.
Do you offer framing services?
To ensure the safest possible global transit, our prints are currently sold unframed. This allows you to select a framing solution that perfectly complements your personal interior aesthetic and space requirements.
Can I return a custom-produced print?
As each artwork is custom printed to order, we generally do not accept returns. However, in the rare event your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a priority replacement.
